Jon Robinson grew up in Grants Pass and graduated from Hidden Valley High School. He served a church mission in Ecuador where he learned to speak Spanish fluently. Dr. Robinson received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1987 from Brigham Young University. He then continued on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry in 1993. After practicing cosmetic dentistry for 8 years, he went on to Loma Linda University and completed his post-doctoral Master’s Degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics while obtaining his Certification in Orthodontics and completing research that has been referenced multiple times in published professional journals.

In 2004, Dr. Robinson and his wife, Kelly, moved back to Grant Pass, and established Robinson Orthodontics. They and their five daughters love Grants Pass and enjoy sports, boating, skiing, music and being actively involved in their church and the community.

Dr. Robinson is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists as well as the American Dental Association and the Oregon Dental Association. He is also a past president and current member of the Rogue Valley Dental Society. In 2007, Dr. Robinson received the distinction of ‘Board Certified Orthodontist’ from the American Board of Orthodontics. He strives to be the best at what he does, and he is committed to furthering his education to remain on the leading edge of the orthodontic profession.
